Studio Groups

GOOD NEWS! With the easing of COVID restrictions, we plan to resume studio group sessions in Term 1, 2021, with appropriate social distancing and other safety precautions in place. Please read our COVID Safe Plan before entering the Peninsula Arts premises.

Peninsula Arts offers several untutored studio sessions where members meet together to work on personal art projects while enjoying the camaraderie, inspiration and shared learning that comes from working alongside fellow artists.

Life Drawing Group

Saturdays 12.30 pm – 3 pm

Develop your artistic skills using the time-honoured method of drawing and painting from live models.
Cost $15 per session.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the session.

Textile Art Group

Fridays 12.30 – 3 pm

We usually do individual work including anything from felting, embroidery or patchwork, to knitting, crocheting or appliqué and everything in between. Periodically, we also include optional special group projects.
Cost: $4 per session. New members welcome.

Writers Group

2nd Monday of each month (including holidays) 9.30-12 noon in the Resource Room.

Have fun playing with words and enjoy good company with like-minded people.
