Christmas Eye Candy

Each Christmas the Textile Group decorate the Peninsula Arts foyer in a Yuletide theme. This year it’s Festive Fantasy Flowers and each contributing member has created their own blooms according to their creative textile skills.

Techniques used include felting, machine embroidery, beading, metalwork, fabric and paper folding plus sewing, hand embroidery and last, but not least, fabric coilwork to make some of the beautiful pots which show off the flowers to great effect.

The flowery exhibits will be on display until mid to end December and everyone is welcome to come and enjoy them.
